Apple Blossom at the Orchard

SNOWVIEW ORCHARD
~Wild Flower Honey~

Our collaboration started with a simple passion for the earth. We believe that how are where our food is produced is just as important as its taste.

With this honey, STRAW & SNOW VIEW aim to promote sustainable & regenerative beekeeping practices. We endeavor to preserve the beautiful & fragile environment of Uttarakhand's Kumaon Hills by supporting a sustainable way of life & farming.

Snow at our Apple Orchard
RAW   I   LOCAL   I   SMALL BATCH

Our raw honey is made by bees from the nectar of wildflowers such as apple blossoms, wild rose, lychee, eucalyptus, and mustard. The bees travel from the apple trees at Snow View Orchard nestled in Uttarakhand’s Kumaon hills at an elevation of 8000ft, to the dense forests of Jim Corbett National Park, and then spend the winter days in the mustard fields in the plains of Uttarakhand. At Snow View, we aim to support a sustainable way of life and farming. We endeavor to preserve the region’s beautiful and fragile environment by reviving the local economy.

Carrying with it the scent of towering pine trees, crisp mountain air and snow-capped peaks, our raw honey has travelled to your table from Snow View Orchard located in Uttarakhand's Ramgarh, the “fruit bowl” of the Kumaon hills.
